How can I check the status of my SBI refund?

How do I complain about failed transaction in SBI?
Contact the help desk by calling the toll-free numbers 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800. Provide your complaint number to know the status. Approach the official responsible for complaints resolution in the branch. If the matter still remains unresolved, escalate it.
What is refund reference number?
Usually, the refund reference number is called “Acquirer reference number” which is 23 digit number. The bank would be able to track the transaction only with the help of “Acquirer reference number”. Authorization code is of no use. What you can do is contact the bank and dispute the transaction.

How do I get a refund on a failed transaction?
