Melee provides fast kills, as both Araxxor (in his ranged form) and Araxxi are weak against melee attacks. For a very smooth kill, using a halberd-like weapon such as the noxious scythe and dragon rider lance are highly recommended.

Equipping an item with Venomblood does not cure poison that has already been inflicted. The perk is particularly useful at Araxxi, Nex: Angel of Death, Rathis and Gregorovic – the former three due to the high poison damage they can deal, and the latter due to the constant poison applied during a fight.
How do I get to Araxxor?
The cavern can be accessed by using the shortcut on the southern wall of Port Phasmatys (requires 92 Agility) or by accessing the western gate of Port Phasmatys.
